Brown rice & veggie casserole
instant brown rice (cook it first)
sautéed fresh veggies (celery, broccoli, carrots, onion, bell pepper) and can corn in butter
salt, pepper, a dash of tony chachere’s, dash of garlic and herb seasoning
vegetable broth
add everything in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes
DELICIOUS I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS
A size 12 is NOT a "big" dress size
